The word Covenant means a spiritual bond or promises. Covenant Art is a concept created by visual collage artist, Priyal Thakkar, during lockdown. It is about representing one's promises and moments made to and with oneself and loved ones in the form of personalized and suggestive visual collage art, after getting to know one's psyche via a pre-planned interview.

Artworks created are based on recorded live video interviews (on social media, or other public platforms) or recorded private video interviews, representing and digging into their psyche and subconscious on how they deal with the ups and downs of life and the defining big/ small moments of their life that shape them and truly make them who they are, i.e. about their passions & promises to self and loved ones.

It stimulates the subconscious mind in a favourable direction and is a unique expression of who one is. The central message of this concept is about believing in and being in tune with you. Being aware, realising, remembering  and most importantly being proud of who you are!
